1. How long does shipping take?
It would take around 2-3 weeks depending on Canada Post and holidays.
International shipping may take longer as packages may be held in customs.

3. Returns and Exchanges
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are FINAL SALE after shipment. There will be no refunds made if there are any problems regarding shipment.
I will not be responsible for any problems regarding shipping.
If there are any problems with the charms, let me know and I will reship.
4. Does shipping include tracking?
No, shipping does not include tracking. If you would still like tracking if you are not from Canada or United States, please contact me.
5. My package has been lost. What can you do?
Once the package has been sent out to the postal office, it is out of my control and you would have to contact the courier for more information. My apologies for the inconvenience.
If you lost a sticker order, I can resend the sticker package for a flat fee of $7.
